1. What is Crowmie?
Crowmie is an investment club focused on sustainable energy projects (solar and energy storage) that allows individuals/retail investors to invest easily, safely, and profitably in real assets.
2. How does investing in Crowmie work?
You select a project, make your investment starting from €5,000, and receive periodic returns generated from the operation of the project. Crowmie takes care of the management and monitoring with full transparency.

It depends on each project, but returns are typically in the range of 9.5% to 12% annually, depending on the project type, location, size, and energy sales agreements.
5. What level of risk do these investments have?
These are investments in real assets with energy purchase agreements, but like any investment, there is risk. Crowmie carries out a thorough technical, financial, and legal viability analysis to minimize it.
Can I lose 100% of my invested capital?
As with any investment, there is risk, but the probability of losing 100% of the capital is very low.

The projects are backed by real assets (solar installations, batteries, power purchase agreements, etc.).
Technical, financial, and legal analyses are carried out before each opportunity is published on the platform.
Even if Crowmie were to cease operations, your investment would remain linked to the project you invested in, as each project is structured independently.

Yes. At Crowmie, you have two liquidity options:
Investor marketplace: you can list your participation for sale on the platform at a price you choose, and another investor can purchase it. This allows you to exit the investment in a simple and transparent way.
Crowmie liquidity pool: in addition, we have our own liquidity fund that allows us to offer you an immediate exit, without having to wait for another investor to buy your participation.
In this way, you always have the flexibility to recover your investment when you need it, without having to wait until the project reaches maturity.

Starting from €5,000, allowing access to investment projects that were previously reserved for large capital investors and funds.

Yes. The projects undergo technical and legal audits, contracts are signed digitally, and financial transactions are carried out through secure gateways with regulated banks.
9. What fees does Crowmie charge?
Crowmie only charges a percentage of the investment amount to project developers. For investors, there are no entry or management fees.
