You choose a project, invest from €10,000 and receive regular returns generated by operating the project. Crowmie handles management and monitoring with full transparency.
3. What kinds of projects can I find on Crowmie?
Mainly solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects, all with technical studies, economic feasibility analysis and secured energy sale contracts.
4. What is the estimated return on the projects?
Depending on the project, returns range from 9.5% to 12% per year. This depends on the type of asset, its location, its size and the energy sale agreements.
5. How risky are these investments?
These are investments in real assets backed by energy purchase contracts, but like any investment, they carry risk, although the probability of losing 100% of your capital is very low. This is because:
- The projects are backed by real assets (solar installations, batteries, energy purchase agreements, etc.).
- Technical, financial and legal analyses are carried out before each opportunity is published on the platform.
- Even if Crowmie ceased to exist, your investment would remain tied to the project you invested in, because each one is structured independently.
Even so, Crowmie carries out a thorough technical, financial and legal feasibility analysis to minimize risk as far as possible.
6. Can I withdraw my money at any time?
Yes. At Crowmie you have two liquidity options:
- Marketplace between investors: you can put your holding up for sale on the platform at the price you choose, for another investor to buy. This lets you exit the project simply and transparently.
- Crowmie liquidity pool: we also have our own liquidity fund, which lets us offer you an immediate exit without waiting for another investor to buy your holding.
This way, you always have the flexibility to recover your investment when you need it, without waiting for the project to mature.
7. What is the minimum investment in Crowmie projects?
The minimum ticket is €10,000, giving access to investment projects that until now were reserved for large investors and funds.
8. Is it safe to invest with Crowmie?
Yes. Projects go through technical and legal audits, contracts are signed digitally and financial transactions are carried out through secure gateways with regulated banks.
9. What fees does Crowmie charge?
Crowmie only charges project developers a percentage of the investment amount. Investors pay no entry or management fees.
For investors, investing through Crowmie has no additional cost:
- We don’t charge entry fees.
- We don’t charge management fees on your investment.
- We don’t charge exit fees through the marketplace.
10. How do I receive my profits?
Your profits appear directly in your platform profile every month. You can withdraw the capital or reinvest it in upcoming projects.
